Help will be needed on Thursdays at 11:00 am to unload food boxes from vehicles, sort and shelve food. Help is also needed to distribute food to families in the afternoon and early evening. See Pastor Kyle
From Alma Morton “It breaks my heart to think that many children, even here in the US, would love to eat a simple piece of fruit, but because of poverty or hard times they will go to bed hungry. I think about the stories of when my very own family members, after the Spanish Civil War, knew hunger.
I praise God for the chance to make a difference through the food ministry at Seven Locks Baptist Church. I pray tonight there will be a precious child that goes to bed tonight with a full, happy tummy because of the work done by our food ministry. We get to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I am moved to tears to work with many beautiful people that care. What we eat matters. Children matter. Feed them well.”
